Here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Please close TrackOFF (from the system tray, it cannot be running in the background for this)
- Navigate to the `C:\Program Files (x86)\TrackOFF\open_vpn_driver` folder
- Locate the file called `addtaptrackoff.bat`, double click to run the file. (you may have to right-click the file and select ‘Run as administrator’ in some cases for this to work)
- You now will be prompted to install a TAP Adapter, click yes when prompted.
- Start TrackOFF you should be able to use the VPN service
