How do I cancel my subscription?

You may end your use of the Software at any time and we will offer a refund for subscriptions (for the current term only) if requested within 30 days after purchase. In order to process your refund, please contact Customer Support by submitting a new ticket or by calling 1-(888)-602-1423.

Note: In most cases we are unable to process refunds for orders fulfilled through TrackOFF Partners. If you are unsure if you purchased TrackOFF through a parner please please contact Customer Support by submitting a new ticket.
