Installing the TrackOFF Desktop Application

Thank you for purchasing TrackOFF! After buying TrackOFF, you will receive an email from support@2checkout.com with important set-up details. In this email, you can find your:

• Order Information, including date of purchase and order number
• Billing Address
• Products in Your Order
• Payment information
• Installation Instructions, including your Activation Key (make sure you hold
• TrackOFF Support contact information

Scroll through the email confirmation to find the section titled ‘Installation Instructions’.

If you are a new TrackOFF user, click on the green ‘Download Installation File’ button.

If you are an existing TrackOFF user, launch the application and go to the ‘Settings’ tab. Go to to the “Applications” menu on your Mac or PC and look for “TrackOFF - Privacy Software”.  into You can enter your activation key here. Make sure to hold onto your activation key as a reference for the future.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to download, open, and install TrackOFF:

Installation for Windows PC:

1. Ensure all prerequisites have been fulfilled.
2. Download the TrackOFF Installer directly to your computer. The download will start automatically. Here is how you find your downloads for each web browser:
   • Google Chrome
   • Mozilla Firefox
   • Internet Explorer
   • Microsoft Edge
   • Safari
3. Follow the installation prompts, installing in the default location (generally Program Files (x86)/Program Files)
1. Click “I Agree”
2. Click “Install”
3. Wait for the installation to complete and TrackOFF to launch
4. TrackOFF will automatically launch after installation is complete. You will be presented with the activation window:
5. Enter an Activation Key (copy and paste works best), along with your email address
6. Click “ACTIVATE NOW” button.

Installation for Mac:

1. Ensure all prerequisites have been fulfilled.
2. Download the Installer Package directly to your computer. The download will start automatically. Here is how you find your downloads for each web browser:
   • Google Chrome
   • Mozilla Firefox
   • Internet Explorer
   • Microsoft Edge
   • Safari
3. By default, the installer can be found in your computer "Downloads" folder.
4. Open the installer titled "TrackOFF.dmg".
5. Click and Drag the App into the Applications folder
6. You can now launch the TrackOFF application from Finder or Launch Pad.
7. When you open the TrackOFF Application for the first time you will be prompted to enter in your email and activation key.
8. Click the "ACTIVATE" button.
