A TrackOFF Customer Support agent may request that you provide the application logs for diagnostic, below is the instructions on how to do that.
1. Open your file browser or windows explorer.
2. Type %AppData% into the address bar and hit enter
3. It should bring you to the AppData/Roaming folder. Click /AppData/ in the navigation bar.
4. Open the Local folder
5. Locate the TrackOFF folder
6. Open the folder that says "Logs"
7. Please copy and paste the contents of that folder into your email back to us.
